• ・First diagnosis and consultation fee (¥3,300) will be charged at first visit.(excludes the occasion of having only Sc&Cl)
• ・Coming back after 1 year from first visit will be considered as a first visit. First diagnosis and consultation fee will be charged.
• ・Please come at your appointment time. If you need to cancel the appointment, let us know at least 24 hours before. If the patient keeps canceling the appointment without notice, we might need to set cancel penalty.
• ・We issue treatment record for your insurance. It takes 1 week to make your treatment record. It is free, so please let us know if you need them. However, the original form of your insurance company need ¥2,200.
• ・Treatment fee will be changed 2 times a year（Apr. & Oct.）. We appreciate your understanding.
• ・1 year free fixing guaranteed for fillings (excluding temporary filling.) Crowns and Inlays will be guaranteed for 5 years (excluding new cavity occasions.) Patients need to come to our office to get any free fixings. We do not guarantee those fixings which is done in other offices.

We do implant treatment here and fee is ¥302,400/per tooth. There are many kinds of implant materials in the world and materials we use in our office is made in Japan. If you take implant treatment at our office, it might be difficult to have maintenance after you go back to your own country. Self-care and regular maintenance are definitely needed after implant treatment, so please think carefully about that point before taking implant treatment. Also, CT scan is needed before the treatment and we will have to introduce you to the other hospital in order to take CT scan (fee is about ¥16,000).

We diagnose and treat Sleep Apnea. Diagnosis will be done by letting the person take home the SPO2 monitor to use while sleeping. Then the doctor will examine how the person was breathing during the time he was asleep. Also in the office, doctor will use the Nasoendscopy and lateral X-ray (Cephalometry) to determine the cause of Sleep Apnea. This diagnosis will determine if the mouth-piece, called a “sleep splint” will be effective for the patient.

The sleep splint is medical instrument used to keep the lower jaw projecting more than the upper jaw while sleeping. This procedure will prevent the tongue and soft plate from covering the airway while sleeping on the back. It is a removable instrument and the patients need to put it only while sleeping. Sleep splint is not effective to all the patients, so doctor will examine before making it for the patient.
